Fascia In Motion

Join us for this special event, co-hosted by Jill and her dear friend Geny. Jill met Geny, a mind-body practitioner, while traveling in Costa Rica. Geny is a Mind-Body practitioner, and a vital part of the Texas Lifestyle for Lifestyle Medicine.

In this class, Jill will guide you through a few fascia release exercises. Geny will then take us through some Qi Gong (fascia release in motion!) and end with a Qi Gong sound meditation. This is an experience you do not want to miss!

This program will be specifically designed for YOU. We will discover what areas of your health and wellness are most important to you, and how to remove the roadblocks that have stopped you in the past. We will stack healthy habits in a way that makes it easy and enjoyable for you. You will feel more vibrant and alive than you ever have.

What is included:

- A deep dive health coaching session at the beginning of each month.

- A customizable app that will allow you and your health coach to check in with each other daily. Your coach will hold you accountable, and send you friendly reminder notifications to keep you focused and on track.

- An end of the week check-in with each other, to make any adjustments needed for the following week.

- Lifetime membership to our On Demand classes. Classes include: breathing, mobility, stretching, Pilates beginners through advanced mat classes, as well as barre classes. You can find classes anywhere from 10-60 minutes in length. Cost for this membership alone is $300, but is included in this program.

10 Day Detox

So many of us spring clean our homes, why not our bodies?

During these 10 days, we will detox from sugar and processed foods. You will receive the 10 day protocol, with a short list of some products that can help support you. You will receive a daily morning email, suggesting a healthy habit to stack. We will commit to moving and/or meditating for 10 minutes everyday. You will also have access to a handful of daily movement videos.

Virtual Foam Roller Class

Release tension, stiffness, and stickiness.

Create strength and definition.

In order to create length, mobility, lightness, and definition in our bodies, we need to be releasing our connective tissue, or fascia. You will be able to breathe deeper, create better posture, and connect to your muscles better, by using your foam roller. Rolling before your workout is a game changer!

We will begin this class with rolling and releasing, before diving into a workout. It will be a perfect blend of creating blood flow, releasing stress, and engaging and working your muscles. This is a class you’ll want to access frequently!
