Weather you celebrate Valentine’s Day or not, I think we can all agree how great love is! Making time, and letting those we love know just how much we love them, is an important part of what makes us tick.

Sometimes, the hardest person to love is ourselves. I know I can be guilty of being so hard on myself- constantly pointing out my shortcomings, rather than celebrating all of the goodness. So, on this Valentine’s Day, let’s be kind to ourselves. Let’s practice a little self-love. Let’s take a little time to treat ourselves to what makes us feel good. What are some of the things you do for yourself? A long, hot, lavender salt bath is at the top of my list today!
