WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH? Your health coach will be your support, your ally, a point of reference, in creating goals for lifestyle improvements to increase your level of wellness. Living consciously means becoming aware of our choices, and acting on them! To live a life of presence and vitality. Areas of focus may include nutrition, exercise and movement, sleep and relaxation, stress, and relationships. Sessions can be done in person, video call, or over the phone.
The MY MANNA COACH membership is a 3 month contract. This membership is great for those needing someone to hold them accountable. You and your coach will develop a personalized app, tracking any areas you and your coach see fit: Nutrition, movement, hydration, sleep, stress, etc. You and your coach will have daily access to your app- recommendations, reminders, motivation, messages, and more can all be exchanged. Going out for dinner? Send the menu to your coach, and we can choose the best thing for you. Need help building a grocery list? Your coach has you covered. Need new recipes? Your coach will share recipes, blogs, websites, and cookbooks that satisfy your taste buds.
