What is a health coach?  Your health coach will be your support, your ally, a point of reference, in creating goals for lifestyle improvements to increase your level of wellness.  Living consciously means becoming aware of our choices, and acting on them!  To live a life of presence and vitality.  Areas of focus may include nutrition, exercise and movement, sleep and relaxation, stress, and relationships.  Sessions can be done in person, video call, or over the phone.
