WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH? Your health coach will be your support, your ally, a point of reference, in creating goals for lifestyle improvements to increase your level of wellness. Living consciously means becoming aware of our choices, and acting on them! To live a life of presence and vitality. Areas of focus may include nutrition, exercise and movement, sleep and relaxation, stress, and relationships. Sessions can be done in person, video call, or over the phone.
The PERSONAL FOOD COACH membership includes one 60 minute health coaching consultation, and someone to hold you accountable throughout the month. You will send a daily food log to your coach, and notes will be exchanged. Going out for dinner? Send the menu to your coach, and we can choose the best thing for you. Need help building a grocery list? Your coach has you covered. Need new recipes? Your coach will share recipes, blogs, websites, and cookbooks that satisfy your taste buds.
The PERSONAL FOOD COACH wants to make sure your are getting all of the micro and macro nutrients you need daily to feel vibrant!
